To ensure customer satisfaction, we have regular partnering meetings between our management representative and the client representative to evaluate the service. Also, based on the facility’s needs, we have either an on-site supervisor or an area supervisor that oversees the service performance in your facility. These managers are trained on all aspects of your facility just as if they were the assigned cleaner. This way they know everything it takes to manage our team and the quality of service in your facility.
To be easily identified, our employees wear a company uniform (usually a smock or shirt) and a photo identification badge.
We background check and drug test all employees during the hiring process and perform random drug testing during their employment.
It is also our policy of only allowing Sensational employees on the customer’s property while we service the account.
Sensational workers are trained in all areas of operational safety, as well as client specific training.
We are insured and have third party bonding for your protection. (Many companies provide bonding, but their bond only protects them and not you, the customer.
